Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is a long-term skin disease that occurs when hair follicles are clogged with dead skin cells and oil from the skin. So basically a dirty cell phone is a very common way of getting acne. Also used yoga mats can help with the bacteria touching the face and entering. A very major cause is pillowcases no matter if you take a shower the night before you will always have oil on you or even if you don’t take a shower, the oil will go on to the pillowcases and their is oily hair too and that can be a way your getting acne is because you need to wash your sheets and their dirty with your body’s dirt and oil so it is recommended you wash your sheets every 2 weeks.
